For a non lifter yeah, you’d want big bones. But for a someone who has actual muscle mass would having smaller bones and joints create a better looking body? Except clavicle of course

Ofcourse not

Yes. It's why most Mr Olympias have small wrists and joints in comparison to even most normies that are their size. I'd argue it doesn't always look more aesthetic, sometimes it can look downright freaky, but its definitely preferred in pro bodybuilding.

If you have a really narrow waist and moderately broad shoulders though, small wrists and joints can absolutely be aesthetic.

You probably mean insertion points. The smaller your insertion points are, the more visible your muscles will be without needing to be very big. That is why 16 inch arms look much bigger on a 5 foot 5 guy than on a 6 foot 5 guy, because the shorter guy has shorter insertion points while the taller guy has much longer insertion points. When your insertion points are smaller on your biceps, you'll usually have a better bicep peak when you flex, but when the insertion points are longer, your arms will look big without flexing but when you flex, the peak will be smaller.

Those are just small details however because the 6 foot 5 guy with 16 inch arms will still look more impressive even if he has longer insertion points, because he is taller. And muscle mass on a tall guy looks better and more widespread than on a short guy who tends to be more stocky because his frame is smaller than the taller guy.

There is a difference in having relatively small bones and joints as an adult male and having 15-years old level skinny framecel tier bones and joints

Yes most bodybuilders and fitness models have relatively small joints. Small joints give the illusion of bigger muscles because muscles are obviously going to look bigger on a small frame compared to a large frame. You can also look a lot bigger despite not actually weighing that much. Some of the most aesthetic bodybuilders of all time (Flex Wheeler, Dexter Jackson, Frank Zane) were ectomorphs before they started lifting and all of them have tiny joints. Almost every aesthetic bodybuilder has small joints. Bodybuilding is all about the illusion of being bigger than you actually are. Zyzz is another good example and so is David Laid.
