This will be a log of my attempt at 90 day nofap. I’m gonna try and give you an objective view on the benefits, pros and cons. Pretty much doing this out of sheer boredom ngl. I already advocate noporn.

WEEK 1 RECAP:
- in the first few days I felt more energised and full.
- feeling of restlessness
- I let out my inner horny aggravation in the gym and had slightly increased performance.
- my motivation crashed on day 6, although this is likely a result of poor sleep.
- I currently feel much more of a need to talk to women and potentially get a girlfriend so I can release the nut.

I’ll be checking in once a week. So far so good.
