before serious surgeries around most important thing in your body you should:
- fillers around eyes
- template lift of under skin threads to create wolf eyes
- dye + use serums for eyelashes
- all smooth procedures for getting rid of wrinkles
- contacts

if still look subhuman you can try surgery, but it might not help aanyways
