One huge overlooked problem with LL

I'm suprised how many people don't consider limb proportions when discussing LL. The problem with LL is that many people have average wingspans which are barely bigger than their height and when they increase their leg length by 2-6 inches it just looks ridiculous.

For example, here you can see a frauding manlet that went from 5'7 to 6'3( that's 7 fucking inches) by having his legs crushed and forcefully extended:

You can easily tell his arms and shoulders do not fit his height, and this estrogenic cuckold mess stills looks small simply due to fact that he has the upper body of a 5'7 man and the legs of a 6'5 man. Let's not even talk about how he'll be in a wheelchair in a decade or two. If you don't have broad and long arms all while having stocky legs, just forget about LL.
