Can one extrapolate these findings to jump rope or burpees or jumping Jacks or any jumping exercise? Seems like such exercises would be more effective than rebounder since you're utilizing more muscle energy to jump vs. Elastic energy from rebounder.

those ones can't move the lymphatic system as much as a rebounder does.
 
Dude eat more potassium don’t eat any salt you don’t have to and that’s all there is to it. The excercise shit is just about burning glycogen which is a stored form of carbs. So burn carbs eat less salt more potassium if you fucking feel like it take a diuretic.
