Opinions on OMAD ?

OMAD = One Meal a Day

If you do not have time to per say take a slow cutting appraoch until the summer(to preserve muscle)

How would OMAD be beneficial, if it even is. Would preserving muscle with this strategy prove to be difficult? Or a fasting approach is better? (more than 1 meal tbh)
 
Works, its better to eat at night because you will end up feeling less hungry through the day.

Do this along with ZERO carbs and you will be losing weight fast. The fastest way would obviously be fasting but that is taking it to the extreme.

makes sense, so i would suppress my appetite with coffee and whatnot
