60% of the growth of the face is achieved by 4 years of age
90% of the growth of the face is achieved by 12 years of age

Nasal breathe during exercise, going to start trying this

Definitely going to watch all of this podcast later

Define growth, masculinisation doesn't start at 12 years old yet.

good point, but it sounds like it means something significant to the foundation of your face

born healthy - no reason you mouth breathe in the first place

I had asthma at birth and found it easier to breathe through the mouth. Eventually got used to it eventho Asthma disappeared

How did your jaws develop?

How did your jaws develop?
narrow jaw, narrow chin, narrow gonion, normal ramus, but it is forward slanting (not straight down), retruded maxilla, non projecting zygos and infra orbitals, recessed chin, bit of a retroface

lets ignore weston price research ??

do women have narrow hips due to not breathing through nose ? lol

Shit like this is annoying because I have no idea if I breathed properly as a child I didn’t think about it. And you can’t really make sure kids breathe properly if they don’t understand. I can try and blame narrow palate and average maxilla on development but I look at my family and they all have the same. I really don’t think anything enviormental except extreme cases of mouth breathing can alter the blueprint in which you are to develop . everything genetics tbh my mom has six kids all ate differently played different sports all with the possibility of developing differently two of them having asthma yet we all have the same maxillas and other features.

Just few month ago i realised how much vreathing by nose is important

You cant even imagine how difficult and how soundfull its for me to breathe by the.nose

I booked a meeting with a surgeon because i cant live with a h24 blocked nose

so it's breathing through the nose and out of the mouth?

What is it now? Can it be both?

So, people whove mouthbreathed their first 12 years are actually fucked then without surgery? Your face can then just changes only 10% after that age due various factors?
