I think the person behind the account is mentally ill and maybe a sexual deviant and its just a community of similar people supporting each other

explains the majority girls in comment section a lot of them probably have past sexual trauma and mental illness and make art to express their emotions

I think it goes deeper than that. Thiers literally in children's illustrator looking at these images and taking inspiration from them. A lot of families sell their kids out to these type of things we need to do more research on this.
