Those photos are immediately post-injection so I would say it will go down by about 30% because swelling accounts for most of the volume. However, the main downside I see about fillers is that they actually migrate after time and those rigid, sharp corners might look kind of bloated and rounded after a few years of filler injections. Especially HA

2) Skin sagging due to stretching out via filler
3) Looking amazing and then looking shit soon afterward due to filler disolving
4) Bloated instead of angular look

If we're talking half serious here, no. I know it looks easy in retrospect (just look, poke and plunge the filler) but its actually a lot more complicated than it looks because of how many vessels and arteries the face has. Especially around the jaw and eyes where I feel like most of the people on here are worried about anyway. If you want to be money concious, I would say find a provider who offers Bellafill. It's a semi-permanent filler and last 5-7 years. Some patients report more (up to a decade) but that is purely anecdotal.

Only problems - long term effect, skin sagging. Requiring more and more filler each time.
