I'm assuming 10%-12% bodyfat.
There's the golden shoulder-to-waist ratio of 1.68. I also read in a book on Looks and lookism that women prefer moderately developed torsos but then there's studies that show women like extremes for the short-term. This includes extremely wide shoulders, very large muscles, etc.
