What are my flaws?

I would shave my stash, partial smudge of beard hair surrounding my jawline and sideburns but trust me I look even fucking worse shaved, I look like a fat fucking baby so I don't really have any good options

first off you should shave your moustache and any other facial hair

also work on getting lean as your face looks a bit round and bloated
just start working out and eating healthy, drink lots of water as well.

maybe dye your eyebrows aswell to make them look thicker and do something to make your eyelashes a bit longer
