Looking for thoughts on my transformation, i used to be skinnyfat as you can see from the first photo, although it used to be worse than that.
I've now achieved my goal of dropping almost all of my bodyfat, so now i will focus on eating more and gaining muscle.
things i did to transform:
1. full body workouts every other day at home with pull up bar and dumbbells
2. 3 liters of water every day
3. limited candy and soda to once a week

Pull ups, crunches or bicycle crunches, push ups, plank, seated dumbbell press and chair dips. All of those in that order 3x max reps on every other day.
If your gonna do it, do squats too and maybe a workout for wrist and calves.

I want to gain more since im still quite skinny, but it'll take time since im not trying to gain fat while gaining muscle.

Id go on a lean bulk then (250 cal surplus)
It takes ages ive been doing it for a year now.

Yes its noticeable but not major, im thinking about losing even more bf to lose all face fat.
