Originally by going vegetarian. That cut out most fast food options and fatty junk foods. I’m not vego anymore but I’m far more conscious of what I eat and I go to the gym regularly. I’ve tried low carb before and that was very effective. As for my jaw line, when I first lost the weight my jaw wasn’t as good. I had a very receded chin that I use to get made fun of by my friends for. But, I had braces for two years which i think helped and I’ve been hard mewing for about 5 months now and people have noticed an improvement in my jaw.How did you lose weight ?
