also btw ogee curve is something seen from 3/4s profile. It's how your cheekbones project there. The amount your cheekbones project to the side from the front is also important but it's different. You can have one without the other.

Yea the side from the front is about your zygo width the 3/4 one is about how forward they are
 
OP you need to use skin lightening creams

I think cheapest would be lightening creams but if you have the $$$$ professional bleaching or fillers may help
