True. You can tell that photoshop was used to blur, darken and sharpen certain parts of the photo. Wouldn't be surprised if it got the full color correction, face enhancing treatment. This photo is is most likely staged, I can't be expected to believe that there was someone skilled at using a camera in those slums. Look at that god tier lens flare in the far top left. Do they even have camera's in that country? He probably got offered a modelling contract long before that picture was taken.
