Depends on what rating model you use.
If you really fix all your flaws (of which only like 1 would need an osteotomy), then using the rating system I use, you can end up well within the 6 range.

Mainly get a lip lift, maxillary impaction if youend up with a gummy smile after lip lift, eyebrow transplant or reverse brow lift/Botox to lower them, and possibly get thicker and longer lashes to fraud a higher PFL with eyelash transplants
