Guys, bad posture will give you a bad pelvic tilt. Could decrease your height by 2 inches.
Same with fixing it, you can gain 2 inches (you have to have it before)

If you stand straight and measure your height does that fix the pelvic tilt? Or would fixing it give additional height on top of standing straight already

There are stretches for that. Ofc standing straight is needed for maintenance.
I’m already ugly, height can’t save me.
