I bought boron,k2,d3,calcium,magnesium,creatine,glycine,ashwagandha and a multi for 2 months supply

Has been passed 9 days since i took them all and i dont notice any difference. Yesterday i throw up and I experienced a high anxiety feeling. Idk why...
but for facial changes.. nothing at all. I am just more high inhib now and i should be low inhib from asha but i experience opposite effects. Fuck...

I will keep taking them. I will update you guys if i see any difference but i dont think so

Even before puberty people didnt notice any difference. For ex. Zyzzreincarnation took 105 mg and he said he didnt notice any difference and he was 16

I keep taking magnesium and it produced beard growth and deepens my voice after a month of use. So just give it time I guess. Creatine takes a while to get fully into your body unless you've done a loading phase

oxalates aren't as bad as you made them out to be in your thread, the main reason morons fail with K2 is because it's a fat-soluble vitamin, it cannot be absorbed without the presence of fat.
