This before/after sequence is better than the before/after you first posted. Definitely an ascension. I actyally have similar eye area but with more scleral show and less undereye volume.

i think he became more low NT as he got surgery now he thinks he gained 1psl so the side of him that was mentalcel is slightly gone but still 0 psl gain
