Yes, I gym 4-5 times per week. Squat and deadlift at least twice a week. I have thick, juicy, powerful ass and thighs.

Running is retarded in general. Just do sprints if you don't want to overly stress your body. JFL at all those marathon runners.

sunlight is shit for facial collagen obviously, but sprinting increases endogenous anti oxidant strength due to increasing oxidative stress in the body. Same thing happens when you lift weights, so I guess sprinting for you is unnecessary to get that benefit
