You'll 100% get some form brain damage

No, neck has a lot of veins and artery’s while the jaw and dental region have lots of nerves, naturally. Surprisingly the supraorbital area is quite desserted when it comes to these.

The supraorbital region is hollow. It is literally a sinus called the frontal sinus. You're probably gonna fracture it if anything. Bonesmashing does not work, it simply thickens bones internally and causes a lot of damage.
