Should i apply anything before/after using a dermaroller?

I heard it's good to apply vitamin c serum on the skin after using dermaroller, is that true?
Should i use moisturizer/cleanser before/after?

And when using a dermaroller on hairline, should i apply coconut/castor oil before/after or any shampoo?
