Should I be aggressive or compassionate?

Throughout most of my life I was just a low t compassionate peepee head that got shit on everywhere I went. I now no longer get shit on cause i'm 6'1 and wide (fat hehe) I want to be more aggressive because other people have always been aggressive towards me but if i'm aggressive towards other people I don't want them feeling the same way I did. So should I be a low t compassionate fellow, or a low t aggressive fellow?

Both. You don't wanna be aggressive often or no one will like you. If you're too nice you'll get walked on. If someone challenges you be assertive otherwise be friendly
