Me at 167@ 19% bodyfat . Today

Me at 163 @ 16% body fat

Should I try and cut down to 159? I would be sub 15% bodyfat?

For some people their bodyfat % makes little difference. For others, it makes a huge difference. I think for me, its makes a huge difference.
