Should I get a free septoplasty?

So basically my septum is EXTREMELY deviated to the point I can literally see it being being deviated when looking up. My orthodontist told me I could go to this doctor and get it confirmed and I'd be able to get a septoplasty with insurance.

As we all know symmetry is extremely important I'm attractiveness so I'd definitely be open to getting it. But I also wanna get a rhinoplasty when I'm older like around 20.

for upper maxilla expansion u could get a hybrid hyrax which is a little bit worse than mse,it was 300 dollars for me

Problem is my occlusion is already perfect so I need something for the lower jaw

msdo is extremely rare,painful, very expensive why dont u choose other expansion method?

Found a surgeon to do it and I can take the pain since I have a high pain tolerance. I didn't choose any other but I'll be facepulling soon

Thing is I really want to do msdo. How much are you being charged for msdo


Like? What else will give more chin+jaw width?

Bimax is for adding vertical length to jaw/chin.

The only other option I see are implants

i meant lower arch expansion because after MSE your upper arch will be much wider than the lower and there is a surgery called SFOT that can give you more lower arch expansion to achieve a good bite
wider lower arch would maybe cause a little wider jaw but im not sure about this

´wasnt worth it for me. breathing turned into shit 3-4 months after surgery and it didnt change my nose shape at all when i look up

I'm getting mine done on 20th of March for free too. Resulta should be decent enough. Improving symettry always helps. It won't turn anyone into a slayer, but every little bit of improvement helps

Symmetry isn't as important as other things, unless it's really assymetric.
