Should I get chin implant?

Ok so, I really want a squared off chin, I already have great gonions and finial angle + slight cleft chin. However, my philtrum is a little long. Instead of getting a lip lift, I am thinking of just getting a chin implant for a taller and more squared off jaw.
*I only have one pic of my cause my phone got wiped last week, if you need more, let me know.
Thing is, before covid, over the last 2 years, I had been training MMA, as well as playing footy (Aussie rules, most violent sport, search on YouTube if you don’t know).
I really don’t want to fuck up my implant, I’m probably gonna give up MMA, but will get back to footy.
Are there any implants that are like, bulletproof?
Idk, just looking for second opinions.

I do front of zygos for more projection and enhance hollow cheeks, I do it with fists, I used to do with rubber mallet.

Not sure yet, potentially, but yeah how good is the temporary hooding, I feel like it’s working but that could just be placebo.
