My bite is completely normal. I just want my jaw to be little more forward and downward. (plus maybe a little augmentation of chin)
Most surgeons will not operate on you then probably. Do you want both of your jaws to be forwards/downwards or just the mandible? In my case, my maxilla is at a good place and my bite is fine but my mandible is just small/lacking in terms of bone mass/projection I think. I have a recessed jaw but I think the only way to get it fixed is with a sliding genio/extended chin wing.
No no.. Only lower jaw. Don't think genio would provide me the desired look - only a bit better.

Actually, most of the time (that is when I'm not eating) I keep my font teeth pressing against each other (which the surgeon today called unnatural, not recommend although not harmful in particular). I have been keep it that way since I was 12. So I only have protrusion when I'm eating. (sorry I think I'm struggling to explain my situation).

That you can't get good results in India is a myth. Thousands of medical tourists come to India every year and most go back with great great and satisfaction. Some who get bad results either choose bad surgeons or stimes it's just part of surgery.
