Ok let me elab it real quick. I had braces from 14 to 16.
But because my upper palate was too narrow my jew ortho decided to extract first premolars (just behind canines) in both sides, but only in upper palate.
So now my lower teeths (except incisors and canines) arent actually connecting with the teeth it should connect, but rather one behind that.
Hence why my wisdom teeth in lower arch is literally not biting anything when I close my mouth rn.
My question is should I set back all teeths behind canines in upper dental arch (so they can connect with their actual counterparts), and put an implant for its place ?
What would you do if you were in my place ?
