Skinmaxxing and Shaving

Just got a simple question for those of you with good skin - do you prefer shaving your face in the morning before a shower, or at night before going to bed? I usually shave in the morning but I realized that may not be the best way to go as I have a bad habit of touching my face throughout the day and I'm going all in on skinmaxxing atm to clear acne and redness.

I would imagine there wouldn't be a huge difference between either routine but just wanted to ask in case there was.
