Most of you fuckers don't know how much bf you have to loose to get down to true 9-10%bf. Some of you think you are at 16%bf when in reality you are probably at 21-22%.

This is actually lifefuel for guys who have Chad bones underneath the extra fat.

All of you Skinnyfat DYELs should aim for the magical 18 BMI

@itsOVER and @Zyros both at their leanest and Chaddiest were at 18 BMI.

Medically, 18 BMI is underweight. But most doctors are a bunch of fat betacuckers. So fuck that JewScale.

Ideal is to loose 0.5-1% of your body weight every week for minimal muscle loss.

All of you Skinnyfat pigs should aim the golden 18 BMI by New Year.
