I do think she looks good in the after and that foid surgery results are usually better, either because surgeons have more experience or because their faces are easier to ascend

Definitely an improvement. Her submental area is much better now. I’m confused about the genioplasty though- her chin projection doesn’t seem to have changed at all. What do you guys think? It must have been a very subtle movement....
