I think that this is what a true slope forehead looks like:

This is what a medium sloped forehead looks like:
91555DA3 CC59 4565 BDE1 380A2A9E8B25

And this is what a flat forehead looks like:
7D17CCBE C305 4FB1 9270 76EBF15C65BD

(Not completely flat, but I don’t think completely flat foreheads occur on males very often)

Not the best images, but I think that you can understand what I’m referring to.

to use. technically correct terms. for profile shape face

Convex
Straight profile
Concave

* straight profile = ideal. The other 2 are less ideal. But often manageable to fraud/hide/mittigate a bit with correct hairstyle

Sloped forehead is masculine and a vertical or smooth forehead is feminine/neotonous.

I think DiCaprio wouldn’t have as much appeal if he didn’t have a sloped forehead:

It’s created by bossing of the glabella and shrinking of the frontal eminences, which are very prominent in newborns.

It’s the opposite of neotony. Babies have very small frontal sinuses and thus no prominent glabella or brow, and their frontal eminences are large, creating the vertical forehead.

As we grow into adulthood, the glabella becomes more bossed due to the frontal sinuses becoming larger (result of testosterone), and the frontal eminences shrink. This is a male dimorphic trait. Females tend to retain the vertical forehead due to smaller frontal sinuses and larger frontal eminences.

Attractive females often retain neotonous features, and the vertical forehead is one of them:

To answer your question, it does depend on the face, particularly the slope of the ramus. Ideally, the slope of the forehead is parallel to the slope of the ramus.

Keep in mind a lot of your forehead inclination depends on how you tilt your head. Tilting it upwards to compensate for recession can give the illusion of a stronger slope. Ultimately this is one of those things that doesn't really matter on its own and falls into the category of "harmony."

Just fringemax over forehead theory.

Sloped forehead and shouldn't be round, straight or slightly curved because of browridge

Last forehead looks better than middle, because it has a stronger brow ridge.

Brow ridge is much more important it seems like, any forehead slant can look good with the right brow ridge.

Marlon Brando with upright forehead, still looks really good because of strong brow ridge.

Same for Kelly Slater, looks incredible even in the forehead area, despite how upright it is, because strong brow ridge.

Good observation !!! (about the ramus and forehead slope.... ) it's seems to be right, gonna check it on my own if it's really related to aesthetics.

Straight to slightly sloped forehead with a prominent brow-ridge is ideal imo.

I have profile A.

I need genioplasty and nasal tip deprojection.

Also I have flat glabella and 404 browridge. I need fillers or implants there. How good do those generally look?

between is ideal in my opinion.

Why is my forehead sloped but straight and big with basically no browridge?
