1.) Get hammer



2.} Study how paleontologists work; learn their craft, and master it;

They are professional bonesmashers after all.



3.) Select location on your bone; then gently hammer away at it, until you can't anymore because of pain.



4.) Touch the point with finger: is it painful to the touch? Did you get a bruise, or some bump?

If Yes, then stop, and repeat session, at least 72 hours after.

If no, then keep going, you idiot.



5.) Apply ice on location after each session, if necessary.



6.) Get your recovery/healing stack:

MK-677/GH peptides
Vitamin D3
Vitamin K2 MK-4/MK-7
BPC-157
TB-500
