Started finasteride today.

Fin from India came in through the mail recently. Shit is cheap asf and should cost me less than 50 dollars/years.
Current dosing: 3mg/week (3 pills of 1mg a week). Which is what I am planning to use for life. (average 0.43mg/day instead of usual 1mg/day).

I never had noticeable shedding and always had a high/recessed hairline. currently norwood 2.5. I do have lots of baby/fizzy/miniaturized hair on the hairline.
There has been no noticeable change in my hair over the last 3 years. I am using it to prevent future hairloss.

To actually improve my hairline I have consults planned with hair transplant surgeons for early next year. Hopefully going from a norwood 2.5 to a norwood 1.5.

Will keep track and up to date on this shit. I already have some weird noticeable feeling in my balls after taking just 1 pill today. Idk what to make of that.

I know 1 mg is dose presciption. But I prefer 0.2 gr. alot over 1gr.
Don't placebo yourself, and attribute every feeling to fina.

Well first of all, looks is important for much more than just slaying.
It gets you treated better, respected more, allows you to make more money more easily, etc. Those are all benefits that don't require you to have a functioning dick.

Second of all, erectile dysfunction is uncommon with finasteride usage (<10% by studies covering thousands of fin users long-term) and even if you do get side-effects, you can always hop off and in 99% of cases those side-effects will dissapear. Logical because your DHT goes back to normal levels like you never used the drug in the first place.

I agree. I could cut up the 1mg fin tablets into 0.5mg and take those 3 times/week but I think it's mostly going to be irrelevant whether I am taking an effective dose of 0.2gr instead of 0.45gr/day.

I like the list of what to do about it. I would add: ramp up your testosterone levels, naturally as much as possible, with lifestyle. An active, good eating habits, good bodyfat percentage, and doing physical excercise dude. IT will take for such a dude, quit a bit of stuff to happen, for something to kill his libido to zero.

In my case. the main reason is.
My general, philosophy of: Don't enter into terittory of deminishing returns. It's not worth the time, money, effort. And I feel after 0.2gr; it's the territory of dominishing returns. And thus a waiste of money. By making my 1gr pils into 1/4 pieces, I safe money. I reduce the cost of sue by 75%.
That's my thinking.

Got proscar tablets from India and powder from China.

me too, minox and dermaroll regrew all of the lost hair on the back of my head and there are a little bit of new hairs growing around the hairline, now that i started fin i hope i'll see even more regrowth around the hairline
