Posture is very important.
Will take pictures from now and see if i i will have results in a month or two.

@badromance i've been doing these since last year and they helped fix my posture

My parents made me do these and a few of these other exercises when I was a bit younger because I had shit posture.

as former posturecel that gained 1 inch from fixing his posture (only 50%, done tbh, normie posture atm but aiming for deity posture) I can tell you that all of these are BIG cope they do nothing
JFL thinking that few sets of stretching will fix your posture
it's just like doing mewing 5 minutes a day and expecting results :feelskek::feelskek:
you have to chin tuck for minimum 3-4 hour a day the more the better do it whenever ur home to not be taken as literal subhuman faggot

second thing you have to sleep with good posture. take 2 very large towels and roll them up like this


Put 1 under your neck and 1 under your lowerback while you sleep on the floor you need hard straight floor to fix ur posture not conform to it with stupid gay pillows and memory foam

Also make sure to keep your posture right at all time and be consciousabout it just like mewing until it become a habit

if you want to take it for the next level too try the robin mcanzie books on neck, back, and shoulders
