I used a cleanser, moisturizier, vitamin c serum and some other shit and my skin got worse. it didnt even help

Now I only use vitaminC serum and my skin got much more clear after one night

just use retin a, sunscreen

I use 5 different skincare products everyday and sometimes implement an SPF mosturizer. I haven’t had a single pimple in the last two months. If you have a good routine and know how and when to apply certain products it pays off well. Do your research and you’ll be fine.

I agree 100%. I gave up on cleanses and my skin is on a whole other level. Pores shrinked, no more blackheads and pimple.

I only use sunscreen and retin-a too hopefully.

I use retin a at night, after applying bio oils onto my face, making sure I get the areas that I avoid with retin a. After about ten minutes I apply a collagen cream. This is all after exfoliating.

I never used sunscreen(or other product for that matter)for a decade, then I start using it because of this cancer site and got seborrhea.
Not saying sunscreen causes seborrhea but yeah dont use 100 products.
Now summer is like over so need for sunscreen anyway

Quit milk then. Part is puberty but huge part is nutrition. It's epigenetics sure, not everyone is gonna have acne with modern diet but the problem is still fixable

A friend of mine says it works great as a moisturizer and helps her whiten her skin to its original color.

Havent tried or researched tho. Just sharing basement anecdotes from roastie.
