I'm not sure if it's been asked or discussed before (probably has) but do any of you here know how to do the title header for a person who has "severe" Osteoporosis in their early thirties??? With it having little to no muscle mass...

If its too much to ask I'll understand but I'm just firing flares into the dark for assistance. That's all.

First of all check your blood levels. That includes but not limited to:
  1. Vitamin D
  2. Magnesium
  3. Calcium
  4. Zinc
  5. Calcitonin
  6. Vitamin K
  7. Testosterone
  8. Estrogen
  9. Progesterone
  10. DHT
  11. IGF-1
  12. HGH
  13. Thyroid hormones
  14. Phosphorous
  15. Sodium
  16. Do you take any other medication?
  17. Drinking habits
  18. Vitamin B12 and other vitamin Bs
  19. Family history
  20. Smoking habits
If you can't check all of them, or you are very desperate then your best bet would be to inject HGH, take 10k IU of vitamin D, and at least 45mg of k2 (mk4 type).

Also exercise as mentioned above.

Again, nothing would beat a blood test and scans to find the real cause. The reason behind osteoporosis could be none of the list above after all.
