Does it have any serious side effects? As far as I'm informed it doesn't.
I'll probably try it out for dick growth.

In the study they took it in combination with vitamin k2. So if I do that I should be fine right?
just swallow sum calcium along with D3 and there you have it
No actually the opposite. One shouldn't use calcium supplements.

Yea. Take 15mg 3x split through the day. Total 45mg.

I would add that magnesium is involved as well.

Boron is also involved in magnesium and vitamin D absorption

There is a reason why when someone asks about bone supplements I give the whole stack. They work together towards the needed goals.

Calcium and vitamin D alone would make the situation 10x as worse.
Vitamin K2 will have to be megadosed at 75mg+ then.

It isn't that simple. That advice could have killed an uninformed user.

My appologies, I didn't know that, I didn't know that k2 was that crucial for d3 and calcium to not be harmful

Do you know ideal combination and dosage of D3, K2, Magnesium, MSM?

D3 10k IU
k2 45+ mg
magnesium 800+ mg
MSM 1000 mg

Sounds good, but...
Why this particular dosage and no other?

Where did you find it?

Are there any actual proven cases of it helping with bone growth?

And finally - which brand of K2 do you recommend?

From reading a lot about supps, that was my conclusion.

As for bone growth, there was no studies done on a megadosed combo stack so there is no way to tell if it works besides anecdotal evidence scattered around the net.

There are a bunch of studies on k2 mk4 megadoses for osteoporosis as well.

For k2 mk4 relentless improvement looks good, trying it as my next k2 bottle.

I am literally growing bone (height and width) after 5 years of not growing and the main thing I have included in my diet is liver.

Half an inch! That would take me damn near close to 9". If i get serious about jeqling and using a bathmate (might order for real), I could hit upwards of 9.5"

@axedee Sorry for doubting you bro. I didn't see the research paper in your link.
While it does reach statistical significance, the sample size is pretty small. But I will do the same nonetheless.
My advice would be to take more than 100mcg of k2 tbh. 15mg at least.

k2 mk4 is a blessing.
I have a source for bulk amounts, 1kg for 600$ lol.

I tried peak, but life extension seems more popular and higher rated. both 15mg per cap.

Vitamin E is (alpha tocopherol) legit for dickmaxing. 400-1000 iu/day. Balls get bigger/hang lower way better erections Fuller stronger. Use now foods brand. I took it bc I read it would help my skin. Didn't do shit for that but shot my libido through the roof like when I was 16.

Doesn't debunk anything lol. This is a discussion board
It doesn't work like that. Nobody will do another large study to debunk broscience in one study. Why do you think the study is not on the https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov meme site? All the legit studies are from there. It's bullshit, stop coping. Besides plenty of people on penis forums said they tried and it didn't help.

How much did you take for how long?

How much did you take for how long?
I only took like 7000 IU daily for 3 months maybe, my vitamin D level when I was diagnosed with the kidney stone was 54,3 ng/ml (i had 13ng/ml when I started) so this is even considered an optimal level. When you google it you find that vitamin D only causes kidney stones in very large doses. I don’t know maybe I’m genetically prone to it. It was a small stone which i passed without surgery luckily. Never developed a stone afterwards anymore. This was in February 2018. A cousin of mine also developed a kidney stone when he was my age but he never took vitamin D

Has anyone else tried this? I've been taking 40000 iu in d3 and 200 mcg of k2 a day for a week.

It probably does work to some extent, D3+K2 effect is powerful all around. Everyone should be on it. But don't take 50k, that will fuck you up long term. Everyone in thay study was under medical supervision. Guarantee 10k-20k iu, which is still a high dose, will yield the same benefits. Take it with the K2, because it mitigates most D3 sides and has benefits of its own
