Does it have any serious side effects? As far as I'm informed it doesn't.
I'll probably try it out for dick growth.

9-Cis retinoic acid reduces 1alpha,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol-induced renal calcification by altering vitamin K-dependent gamma-carboxylation of matrix gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein in A/J male mice - PubMed
Matrix gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein (MGP), a vitamin K-dependent protein, is involved in regulation of tissue calcification. We previously reported that 9-cis retinoic acid (RA) mitigates 1alpha,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol [1,25(OH)(2)D3]-induced renal calcification in a...www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
No actually the opposite. One shouldn't use calcium supplements.just swallow sum calcium along with D3 and there you have it
Yea. Take 15mg 3x split through the day. Total 45mg.In the study they took it in combination with vitamin k2. So if I do that I should be fine right?
Calcium and vitamin D alone would make the situation 10x as worse. In the study they took it in combination with vitamin k2. So if I do that I should be fine right?

It isn't that simple. That advice could have killed an uninformed user.just swallow sum calcium along with D3 and there you have it
My appologies, I didn't know that, I didn't know that k2 was that crucial for d3 and calcium to not be harmfulCalcium and vitamin D alone would make the situation 10x as worse.
Vitamin K2 will have to be megadosed at 75mg+ then.

Do you know ideal combination and dosage of D3, K2, Magnesium, MSM?Artery calcification and hypervitaminosis if not taken with vitamin A and k2 mk4

D3 10k IUDo you know ideal combination and dosage of D3, K2, Magnesium, MSM?
D3 10k IU
k2 45+ mg
magnesium 800+ mg
MSM 1000 mg
From reading a lot about supps, that was my conclusion.Sounds good, but...
Why this particular dosage and no other?
Where did you find it?
Are there any actual proven cases of it helping with bone growth?
And finally - which brand of K2 do you recommend?
Btw OP. I am still wondering how would that do anything for your cawk srs.
From reading a lot about supps, that was my conclusion.
As for bone growth, there was no studies done on a megadosed combo stack so there is no way to tell if it works besides anecdotal evidence scattered around the net.
There are a bunch of studies on k2 mk4 megadoses for osteoporosis as well.
For k2 mk4 relentless improvement looks good, trying it as my next k2 bottle.
I am literally growing bone (height and width) after 5 years of not growing and the main thing I have included in my diet is liver.Btw OP. I am still wondering how would that do anything for your cawk srs.

I am taking 10k vitamin D and 45mg vitamin k2
@axedee Sorry for doubting you bro. I didn't see the research paper in your link.
While it does reach statistical significance, the sample size is pretty small. But I will do the same nonetheless.
My advice would be to take more than 100mcg of k2 tbh. 15mg at least.
And you got 0.5in approx in both girth and width?I am taking 10k vitamin D and 45mg vitamin k2
I am also in the sun because I wageslave physical labour
k2 mk4 is a blessing.

I have a source for bulk amounts, 1kg for 600$ lol.

Doesn't debunk anything lol. This is a discussion board
It doesn't work like that. Nobody will do another large study to debunk broscience in one study. Why do you think the study is not on the https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov meme site? All the legit studies are from there. It's bullshit, stop coping. Besides plenty of people on penis forums said they tried and it didn't help.Doesn't debunk anything lol. This is a discussion board
really? Do you need it removed?I took too much vitamin D and now have calcified kidney lol
It’s permanentreally? Do you need it removed?
What the fuck, what did you do?It’s permanent
I took too much vitamin D, developed a kidney stone, had to go to ER,... don’t fuck with supplements, it’s not worth itWhat the fuck, what did you do?
How much did you take for how long?I took too much vitamin D, developed a kidney stone, had to go to ER,... don’t fuck with supplements, it’s not worth it
I only took like 7000 IU daily for 3 months maybe, my vitamin D level when I was diagnosed with the kidney stone was 54,3 ng/ml (i had 13ng/ml when I started) so this is even considered an optimal level. When you google it you find that vitamin D only causes kidney stones in very large doses. I don’t know maybe I’m genetically prone to it. It was a small stone which i passed without surgery luckily. Never developed a stone afterwards anymore. This was in February 2018. A cousin of mine also developed a kidney stone when he was my age but he never took vitamin DHow much did you take for how long?
