those do-it yourself trays are all trash tbh, as long as you keep them in it should be fine. their only purpose is to keep the gel from getting flushed away by your saliva, and to have a barrier between your teeth, where you apply the gel, and the inner skin of your mouth for protection. they don't have to sit tight on your teeth necessarily.

na, that's retarded, by the time it reaches your tongue it is already heavily diluted with your spit, so no worries. you should only make sure that you don't put the pure solution onto your gums/other skin.
