This meme that your youth (15-30) are the "best years of your life" is just another example of how popular wisdom always seems to be written by people who enjoyed genetic superiority and who are completely out of touch with the ordinary person. Just how great are these "best years of your life" for the large majority of males? Does the average male actually spend his 20's partying, doing drugs, and fucking lots of cute women? No. Only chad does this. For everybody else, there is only studycelling, working shitty part-time jobs, being mogged by chad at work, getting a shitty girlfriend that you probably aren't even attracted to and who will dump you (or divorce rape you, in case you marry her), and just having a shitty or mediocre time in general. Every now and then there might be the occasional fun experience, but it will pale in comparison to the roller coaster of ecstasy that society's genetically blessed will enjoy during their prime time, and in many cases even continue to enjoy well into their 30's or even 40's.
Fact is, nobody actually has a good life if they aren't physically attractive. The average human experience, EVEN for most foids, is junk. Not being born beautiful, is literally being cheated out of life itself. If you are not good looking, then you are not living the human experience.
