The biggest issue in the US is classism not racism. Now Ofc there will always be the argument that black people are generally poorer because of systemic racism that happened in the past but that doesn’t mean systemic racism exists today.
What we are feeling is the lingering effects of the past but I don’t think we can call it true systemic racism (at least based on my definition of it. From what I’ve seen most people have dif definitions on what systemic racism is.)
