Why do incels love the deadlift so much? I think is a high risk exercise to increase your ego and impress other dudes jfl what a gay exercise, plus adds nothing to your physique in terms of aesthetics.

Deadlifting is the most effective exercise to build up muscle mass all over the body.Everyone should be incorporating it into their workout routine.Good form is so fucking important though.

Deadlifting is the most effective exercise to build up muscle mass all over the body.Everyone should be incorporating it into their workout routine.Good form is so fucking important though.
Deadlift doesn't work your upper arms, nor your chest or shoulders, the most important muscles to looks attractive, a wide back is better than a thick one and traps makes you look like an obsessed gymcel, you can do squats for legs which is less dangerous than the deadlift but JFL at training legs

It trains your Upper legs,Back,shoulders and even abs the most from my experience and trains the rest of your body to a lesser extent.

- its a high risk excercise cuz it works the most muscles at the same time out of any excercise so proper form is key obviously. just because it is harder to execute, why would it be an argument to not doing it.

- it will hypertrophy and train your cns too, but since it works so much muscle at the same time hypertrophy is not very visual and you just get stronger and girthier(lean mass) over time as you apply progressive overload and execute it with proper form so each muscle group has appropriate load to handle during execution. its best bang for buck excercise to become stronger and higher lean mass

- just because on its own it wont provide proper load for upper body, it doesnt mean you shouldnt do it. why not just prioritise your workout in a 2 to 1 ratio upper body : lower body (squats, deadlifts)? does doing deadlift excludes you from doing upper body, i dont understand this sentence

- gandy doesnt deadlift because he has bones in his face. incels who dont have bones in their face rather not be twigs to maximise chances

- you can do pull ups and deadlifts at the same time. and you can even alternate deadlift variations for different load distribution

its a good excercise, u shouldnt obsess about it and numbers like a powerlifter, but given you know proper form you shouldnt exclude it from your workouts

Here the irony I been gymcelling for a two years now but the first year made no gains , I was deadlifting and doing all the typical bb routine workouts and yet still had back problems and my arms didn’t grew like 0.5”, from 12 to 12.5JFL. Got on rings and over a year blew up from 12.5”-14” while my strength also went up on other main lefts such as OHP, bench. hot Latina I had a crush on , I would see her often at my gym. One day she came up to me and asked wow are you a gymnast and made some convo. I caught her attention by doing Planche. I was to aspie and high Inhib to keep the convo rolling

its not about difficulty, its about leverages. the shorter you are, the better suited your overall body build is for these calisthenics movements and faster you get sort of a "jacked look" anyways opposed to someone who is tall. but if you are short, body is cope to begin with as body is a multiplier to your bones, but if you have no bones there is nothing to multiply. for tall people calisthenics movements are significantly less effective than weight training with applying constant progressive overload to compound movements and isos
