its extremely hard to fill up your chest (atleast naturally)

fuark i bench press 1,6 bw and my chest is lacking big time
any exercises or am i fucked?

yup it is i've got a really wide frame and my chest takes forever to grow unlike my shoulders,arms etc.

Im a gymcel myself benchpress isn’t best exercise for building that Superman chest (but still good for strength and activating multiple musclegroups)

Check out the exercise „incline dumbbell fly“ this will make your chest pop

truu, i bench 1.5x bw, and my chest looks smaller compared to my arms and back
better than having a small frame and big chest like @SubhumanCurrycel tho

stop doing flat chest exercises, instead incorporate

weighted dips
incline bench press
incline dumbell press

I haven't done a flat chest exercises in years, since my upper was lacking and i've seen massive improvement/s in my upper chest just by doing these movements ngl.

wide framecels have strong shoulders so barbel bench will mostly hit shoulders as priority and slightly hit chest and triceps

what worked better for me were dumbell benchpress, dips and cable crossover

incline bench press
incline dumbell press

I haven't done a flat chest exercises in years, since my upper was lacking and i've seen massive improvement/s in my upper chest just by doing these movements ngl.

atm i got shoulder injury again (fiber tear) but before that i was at 37kg each side

My father is pretty wideframed and has pretty solid muscle insertions etc. I hope i got his genes, its the only good gene he has together with height everything else is utter garbage including early balding genes, prey eyes etc.

but my chest is still lacking

It took me two years for my upper to catch up to my lower and tbh it's still not quite there either. I trained chest twice a week /w following
Incline bench
Incline dumbbells
Weighted dips
Cable crossovers

Used to always switch it up, dropsets/supersets/squeeze training etc

If it is really bad though try nucleus overload training -

He is good tbh, just doesn't care about professionalism tbh just chillin with his camera but he does spit some good info imo.

Yeah following that for 3-6 months and see how you go, make sure each incline bench your coming all the way down to your chest, that shit got me working so much harder. You'll put on the mass it'll come don't you worry

I often notice that a lack of traps can make people look dyel in clothes
