Blonde hair is better in Asia. Maybe South America too but I've never been.

With that said it didn't do well in East Europe. Tried a tinder experiement with the biggest Chad I knew in PSL (who happened to have blonde hair). Everyone in the server outmatched him in the Ukraine, and he mogged everyone there facially - or at least that was the common consensus.
