I train a good routine push pull 4 days a week (no legs because the're already big) and eat 3300 calories a day with 150-160 grams of protein. But because my sleep schedule is ogred (sleeping 5-6.5 hours) from work, my gains are cucked. I can't even escape my frameceldom in piece.
