I train a good routine push pull 4 days a week (no legs because the're already big) and eat 3300 calories a day with 150-160 grams of protein. But because my sleep schedule is ogred (sleeping 5-6.5 hours) from work, my gains are cucked. I can't even escape my frameceldom in piece.

higher dht to t levels on average than whites. generally speaking id say that white people probably actually have an easier time because of the higher estrogen making their frames bigger on average.

My genetics aren't subhuman. Most men in my family have a wider frame, thicker wrist and more muscle mass than me without even a single day of lifting.
