How do you measure?

Take a pic, open it on Paint, click the select tool and select the area, look how many pixels it is an calculate it


To calculate the midface ratio measure the distance between the centers of your pupils and divide that by the distance between your pupil and upper lip

Just don’t trust myself. I did it and I have like a 1.0 ratio but if you examine me closely my long nose makes it look like my Midface is longer even tho my brows are low set and philtrum is very short

But i would need to measure it with a caliper or in a pic taken with a DSLR camera to be 100% sure

You need to go down to middle of the lips.

Say I have a long ass midface and I get a lip lift for my upper lip. My midface length would be exactly the same.
