I will go a similar way, only with MARPE/MSE instead of your thingy there

FacePulling at a higher force will work and I always see the term gigachad gets tossed around. Can you name me some models/celebs/people in general that are “GigaChads”?

I don't know what you looks like currently, but you should not be delusional, moving your maxilla forward by like 3-4mm will definitely make your paranasal area fuller if you have paranasal hollowing, it will probably cause your nose to appear smaller depending on the phenotype of the nose.

Also the cheekbones will be more prominent from front and from side (Because of the maxilla expansion), it will possibly improve the undereye area.

Then, your protracted maxilla will allow your mandible to come forward, making the chin taller, more prominent ONLY if the lower jaw was recessed enough to cause this to a signifiant degree.

Don't get me wrong, it's great, but if you are subhuman it will not help you so much.

I have 3 surgeons left in my area out of 10 I mailed

I will consult with those 3 soon. 18.december the first one
