I think his whole lower third is now to much forward set. The upper third looks pushed back, in the 3/4 view. He maybe needed more than lefort 1.
A jaw angle implant for lower gonial, and rhino filler would ascend him. Also longer hair and gymcelled body. Could be a real high tier normie.

All I’m saying is one needs to set realistic expectations for themselves. I always see people here — not going to take names — who are roughly 3-3.5 PSL saying things like “after X, Y, and Z surgeries I’ll be a Chadlite or very close to it at least.” It just doesn’t work that way. On paper it does. In reality it’s a different story. I’m not saying it can’t happen. It could. But it’s quite unlikely and one should have realistic expectations in mind.
And this is so even if one goes to the top surgeons in the world for X, Y, and Z.

I don’t think it’s that easy. For example most people here rate me around a 4.5 PSL which is slightly above average (mid-tier normie or whatever you want to call it). The way you make it sound, I could go from mid-tier normie to like 6.5 if I just go to the top surgeons in the world for some set of surgeries. In reality though I’d be LUCKY to get to a 5.5. 6 is dream territory. And anything above is literally impossible.
