I don’t even get the point of maintaining a feminine waistline when ur in clothing most of not all the time lmfao. I’ll gladly sacrifice 2 inches off my waist for an extra 15lbs spread across my body (fat + muscle + water). Well worth the drastic effect it can have on ur overall image. Hell even if u do the most conservative lean bulk and put in 4-5 lbs of muscle in a year (imagine 4-5lbs of steak spread across ur body), + 5 lbs of fat and the rest being water. The only downside to any of this is bloating ur face up which is inevivtable but you have to give one thing up cant have both, everyones genetics are different anyways.
