is it worth getting? how much can it ascend someone with a narrow jaw/recessed chin.
 
Chicken wings taste better.

Will get it from Z next year maybe, but had no consulting yet. I think if your bite is fine the risk to reward is better then bimax, depending on you needs.
 
Chin wing is legit but considered a cope by some members, it gives you a wider jaw. Always go for osteotomy over implants.

BUT there's a huge caveat

If your mandible doesn't have adequate height your mandibular nerve will most likely be too low down for them to be able to mobilise the jawbone aka: YOU CAN'T GET THE PROCEDURE

Barely anyone seems to talk about this but it's the reality of it.

what would be the bare minimum? like you'd have to be turbo recessed for this not to work right?
